RETURN POLICIES: THE OUTLET
At The Outlet, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you find the need to return an item, please initiate the return within 7 days from the delivery date. A small courier fee of Rs.80 will be deducted from the original amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded within the stated timeline.
Conditions for a Successful Return:
- Retain the original product packaging and purchase receipt.
- Ensure there are no signs of wear and tear on the items.
- Keep the original price tag and packing slip intact.
- For PAY ON DELIVERY/CASH ON DELIVERY orders:
- Refunds will be provided to the account details provided by the customer through email after his/her return is approved by our team.
- For ONLINE PRE-PAID ORDERS (UPI/ Other Wallets):
- We will reimburse the original source account within 7-10 business days of receiving the items with original labels and tags, excluding the delivery fee. For orders paid through UPI, the refund will be transferred to the same UPI source used during the specific time window.
- If the window is closed, the amount can be transferred to a bank account provided by the concerned customer.
- For ONLINE RETURN :
- We provide a Return Pick-Up Service nationwide. The pickup option is accessible when you initiate your return request. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you email notifications with pick-up details.
- In case reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, we will request you to dispatch the item. We will provide you with the return address in a separate email, along with packaging instructions and the required documents.
- Simply log in to your account and go to ‘My Account’ > ‘My Returns’.
- Once the return request is initiated, you will receive an email notification with the refund details. Typically, we process local bank transfers within 8-10 working days.
- Before the scheduled pickup, you will receive an email notification 24-48 hours in advance. Please ensure you pack the returnable item securely in the original package with all tags and accessories to facilitate a smooth return process.

- PAYMENT TERMS
- We facilitate payments through UPI – PhonePe, Gpay, and Paytm, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Pay on Delivery (POD).
- Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return products purchased from The Outlet within 7 days of the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received, and tags should be intact.
- Required Documentation:
In order to initiate a return, you must provide the following documentation within 24 hours from the date of delivery:
- Unboxing Video: A video of you unboxing the product, clearly showing the condition of the product upon arrival within 24 hours timeframe.
- Post Shipment Images: Clear images of the product after unboxing, highlighting any damage or defects.
Please note that failure to provide these documents within 24 hours may impact your ability to return the product.
7. How to Initiate a Return :
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Email our customer support team at [email protected]within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Submit the unboxing video and post-shipment images for our review.
- Return Process :
- After we have received your request and the required documentation, we will review the provided material and evaluate your eligibility for a return. If approved, you will be provided with a Return Authorization Email.
- Inspection :
- Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection. The product must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- If the return is approved, you will have the option to receive a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-8 business days after the successful inspection of the returned product.
- Exceptions :
- Please note that orders which have value less than 800 rupees are not eligible for return in any circumstances.
- In situations where a customer returns an extra product or a different product, The Outlet team is not liable for the misplacement or replacement of such product and will not be responsible for its delivery back to you.
- Incorrect/ Missing Items :
In case of any incorrect item or missing item from the order, or if the package is tampered with, please follow the steps below for a refund:
- Within 24 hours of receiving the package, provide us with a proper unboxing video showcasing the entire unboxing process.
- Along with the unboxing video, please provide clear images of the wrong or received products to the email address: [email protected].
- If the package appears to be tampered with, it is essential to submit the proof of tampering along with the unboxing video and images within the same 24-hour timeframe.
- We require this evidence to be able to process your refund request efficiently and to ensure the legitimacy of the claim.
- Once the provided evidence is verified and the conditions are met, we will initiate the refund process, and the refunded amount will be credited within 10 days.
- Please note that if the evidence is not provided within the stipulated 24-hour window, The Outlet will not be liable for any refund or compensation regarding the order discrepancy or tampered package.
